German law is so confusing i fear some greedy lawyer
will give me a dissuasion (and i have to pay mucho
$$$) when someone posts something in my guestbook
that's against law.
In Germany a Webmaster is responsible for the content
of his Guestbook and/or Forums, even if someone
else wrote the post... when i got out of this crazy
country some day, i'll have a guestbook
